Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if we are unable to provide the promised consultancy service due to reasons directly reasons related to our service or internal process.

• Refund requests are not allowed if the service has already started or has been completed.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date of service application.
• Requests received after 5 days may not be eligible for refund.
• Each request is reviewed internally before approval.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

After placing an order, cancellation may not always be possible because service processing starts immediately.

• Change of mind after payment does not guarantee cancellation.
• If a customer requests to pause processing, the paid amount may be held as credit for up to 1 year from payment date.

3. Service Processing & Deductions

Before approving any refund, we may first try to complete the requested service.

If work has already started, the following charges may be deducted:

• Service work already completed
• Service and processing charges
• Payment gateway fees
• Third-party or government fees (if applicable)
• A cancellation charge up to 20% where applicable

Fees already earned for completed work are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Service completed or in progress
• Delay or rejection caused by government authorities
• If Government fees or third-party charges already paid (Government or third-party Charges are non-refundable)
• Error caused due to Incorrect information provided by the applicant.

5. Government & External Factors

Many services depend on government systems and approvals. Decisions, delays, technical issues, or system problems from government portals are beyond our control.

Therefore, delays or rejections caused by authorities are not eligible for refund.

6. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, or similar situations.
